Technology Policy International (TPI) is a consultancy focused analyses of all aspects of U.S. science, technology, and innovation (STI) policy. The group has been distinguished by a unique blend of experience in government, academia, industry, and non-profit organizations knowledge of U.S. and international science and technology policy issues and a broad range of consulting experience helping science, technology, and innovation institutions around the world.

The group began work in the mid-1990s and became known as Technology Policy International in 2002. In 2016, Technology Policy International, LLC, was established as a Maryland-based limited liability company. By the end of 2023, the principals no longer resided in Maryland and decided to close the Maryland-based LLC. The principals continue to be active and available to work, individually or collectively.
